Payment Processing

All payments for Unwait.me Plus subscriptions are processed through Paddle.com, which serves as our Merchant of Record. Paddle.com handles all payment processing, tax calculations, and payment security for our Plus plan subscriptions.

When you purchase a Plus subscription, you enter into separate agreements with:

  • Unwait.me (for the service provided)
  • Paddle (for the payment processing)

Please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms for additional information about their services.


Plus Plan Subscriptions

Unwait.me Plus is a premium subscription offering enhanced features:

  • Advanced reporting and analytics
  • Priority customer support
  • Extended retention of task history
  • Additional team management tools

All Plus subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You'll be charged between 00:00 and 01:00 (UTC) on the renewal date.


Free Plan

Our basic service remains free to use. The Refund and Cancellation policy outlined in this document only applies to paid Plus subscriptions.


Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of your purchase.

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please email us at peter@unwait.me from the email address you used to register. You may also reference Paddle's Buyer Terms for further details.


Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days from when we are informed of your decision. The reimbursement will use the same payment method as the initial transaction.


Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel does not apply if you have begun to use the digital content or services provided by Unwait.me Plus. By downloading or accessing the Plus features, you consent to immediate performance of this agreement and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you've begun using the premium features.


Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with the above cancellation terms. Requests made outside this period may not be honored, except in cases where services are not as described, faulty, or unfit for purpose.


Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time:

  1. Email us at peter@unwait.me with your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase

Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.


Free Trials

Certain Paid Subscriptions may offer a free trial before charging you. If you decide to unsubscribe from a Paid Subscription before we start charging your payment method, you must cancel the subscription before the expiration of the trial period by contacting peter@unwait.me.


Failed Payments

If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), and you have not cancelled your subscription, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method to renew your subscription.
